If an item is in its original condition and you're not satisfied with it, we gladly accept returns and will refund you the full amount of your purchase.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Timeframe: You can return an item and request a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.

2. Refund Method: If the return request is made within the specified timeframe, we will provide a full refund via the original payment method.

3. Return Fees: Depending on the brand and the product, a return fee of $8.99 AUD may apply. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for the applicable products. For all other products, the return fee will be waived.

Returns Process

  1. Unwanted Items: We don't accept returns for unwanted items beyond the 14-day returns period mentioned above. In such cases, we may need to return the item to you, and you may be responsible for the associated delivery costs.

3. Swap Overs: We do offer swap overs for products if you purchased the wrong size. However, if the required size is out of stock, we may proceed with a full refund instead.

Faulty Items
